Modern Slavery Policy
Soleil Collective: Modern Slavery Policy
April 2025
Introduction
Soleil Collective LLC is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in its operations
and supply chains worldwide. This policy outlines the steps we have taken to identify and address the
risks of modern slavery in compliance with the Australian Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth) and the United
Kingdom Modern Slavery Act 2015 (UK).
We acknowledge that modern slavery is a serious issue that can affect all industries, and we are
committed to continuously improving our processes to eliminate it from our operations and supply chain.

Our Corporate Values
At Soleil Collective, we prioritize ethical conduct and the well-being of our employees, customers, and
suppliers. We aim to create a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages excellence in
every aspect of our operations. Our values reflect our commitment to human rights and ethical business
practices, and we take a zero-tolerance approach to any form of modern slavery or human trafficking.
We believe that these values guide our approach to modern slavery and human rights issues and that
adherence to these principles is integral to our success.
Our Modern Slavery Risks
We have assessed the risk of modern slavery in our direct operations and supply chains as low. Our
industry, business model, procurement profile, and geographical footprint contribute to a low likelihood of
modern slavery risks in our day-to-day operations. Our company operates under strict people
management controls, which further minimize such risks.
Despite this, we remain vigilant and are committed to taking proactive steps to address any potential risks
of modern slavery in our operations or supply chain.
How We Address Modern Slavery Risks
Our Employees
Soleil Collective maintains a strong commitment to fair and ethical employment practices. We partner with reputable recruitment agencies to ensure compliance with relevant labor laws when hiring new
employees.
Our company values employee welfare, regularly monitoring working hours and well-being. Salaries are
reviewed annually to ensure they meet market standards and legal requirements. Our employees are
encouraged to raise any concerns regarding unethical practices without fear of retaliation.
Training
All employees receive onboarding and compliance training, which covers modern slavery, privacy,
anti-corruption, and other relevant policies. In addition, we require employees to complete refresher
training annually or as needed to ensure they are up to date on compliance and ethical issues.
We actively promote a culture where unethical behavior, including modern slavery, can be reported
through accessible channels. Employees are trained on how to raise concerns, ensuring a clear and
supportive reporting framework.
Our Supply Chain
Soleil Collective takes a cautious and proactive approach to engaging with new suppliers. We only solicit
business from low risk suppliers in low risk countries. Where appropriate, we include modern slavery
clauses in supplier contracts to ensure that our partners meet the highest standards of ethical conduct.
No Allegations
To date, Soleil Collective has not been made aware of any allegations involving human trafficking or
modern slavery against any of our suppliers or business partners. If such an allegation were made, we
would immediately take appropriate action, including notifying relevant authorities and our customers, to
investigate and resolve the issue.
Tracking Compliance
We will monitor the employee and supplier compliance by tracking on an annual basis.
External Collaboration
We believe that collaboration with industry groups, NGOs, and other stakeholders is essential in
combating modern slavery. We are committed to participating in external audits, sharing best practices,
and supporting initiatives that promote ethical labor practices across industries.
Summary
Soleil Collective is committed to eliminating modern slavery and human trafficking from our operations
and supply chain. We will continuously monitor risks, engage with stakeholders, and review our policies to
ensure that our efforts are relevant and effective.
